Terms and Conditions

The seller is elementals... which is run by Shona Adam and is based at 36 Friar Street, Perth, Scotland, PH2 0ED.

All purchases from this website are governed by Scottish Law and we can be contacted by phone, letter or via the contact form.

Payment is by Paypal but if you want to pay by cheque please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this for you.

The delivery charge is for UK mainland only. If you wish to enquire about delivery outwith the UK, please contact us. You are responsible for the payment of any local taxes or import duties levied in the country of the delivery address.

All orders received will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail. Orders will be posted out within 7-14 days either via Parcelforce, Royal Mail (Second Class) or Courier. We are a small company so sometimes items may be out of stock - if this is the case, we will be in touch within 48 hours to give you the opportunity to cancel your order and arrange your refund.

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you must inform us of this within 7 days of receiving your items. We will refund your payment in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provided you have returned the goods at your own expense and they are undamaged

As we are against 'junk-mail' in any form we will not pass your details onto any third party but will give you the opportunity to be included on our own mailing list.
